This practice provides ambulatory service to Lexington, Louisville and their surrounding areas, as well as locations along I64 between these two cities. Service will be provided to other areas in Kentucky by arrangement or through the outpatient clinic. There are no call fees unless otherwise indicated.

 

This practice also provides services to North Central Florida at the Ocala HITS winter show (mid-January through March), and at other times of the year by arrangement.

 

Payment policy: Full payment is due at the time of service or discharge from the clinic. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, debit cards and major credit cards. We also now offer Care Credit. Estimates can be provided upon request.

Outpatient/Overnight Clinic                               This clinic is available for outpatient procedures or overnight therapy/monitoring, performance and medical diagnostics and therapy, and routine and advanced examinations and imaging. The clinic location is 3501 Military Pike, Lexington, Kentucky (c/o Dr. Jerry H. Bentz by appointment only, or by referral from or consultation with your regular veterinarian. Surgical consultation and services available by consultation with Dr. Jerry H. Johnson, board-certified in surgery.
